Loki #3 (ADOPTION PENDING)

Description

Loki was found as a stray in July 2026. His foster mom describes him as "Explorer, Climber, Affectionate, Mellow, Curious." He regularly comes up to people to investigate. He will allow handling, but prefers it to be kept brief. He likes to be petted on his head and ears, maybe cheeks and back. He is OK with a dog in the home that is quiet, but he's not a fan of the cats (OK when they're at a distance). Calm children he has been fine around, loud noises will startle him but he settles quickly. He is working on litter box training (in his space he does about 90% pee in the box with poop about half and half, outside his habitat he is better with all pee and just a few poops, as he goes back to his habitat to use the bathroom). Like most buns, he prefers an area with good traction (like a rug or exercise mat) and will run around much more on those surfaces rather than tile or wood floor. His favorite toys are large balls, and he loves carrot tops and timothy treats. And being a mini rex, he has the softest fur!
