She takes treats gently, rolls right over for belly rubs, and hands out puppy kisses to anyone who gets close enough. This fun-loving Border Collie mix has a big, loving heart, and she's thriving in her foster home with KIDS, a DOG, and a CAT. Yes — kid friendly, dog friendly, cat friendly. All three.
