Meet Russell! ????When Russell and his brother arrived at TCAS on August 5th, they were both incredibly scared of people. They weren’t sure what to think of this whole shelter thing, and they needed a little time to realize that people could be their friends.And WOW—what a transformation! ????With some patience, love, and time, Russell has made a 360° turnaround and is now a happy-go-lucky puppy who is ready to enjoy life! He’s a big boy with the softest heart (and the softest fur!) and he is absolutely adorable.Russell is currently enjoying some time in a foster home, where he can continue to learn, grow, and show off his sweet personality. Russell is good with other dogs and has been great with his foster's kids. ????Want to meet this big, soft, happy boy?
