Are you looking for your dog’s next best friend? Then I have the girl for you! Meet Rory Poppy a one year old Lab mix who is ready to find her forever family.   Rory absolutely adores other dogs. She loves to steal toys, wrestle, play, and even snuggle with her four-legged friends. She would thrive in a home with a friendly, playful dog who can show her the ropes and be her best buddy. Rory is still learning that humans can be trusted, so she can be slow to warm up. She has shown a special preference for male human companions but with patience and time, she is continuing to build confidence around people in general.  Her future family will need to give her the space and patience to form relationships at her own pace. She **loves her crate** and happily heads in at bedtime, making nighttime a breeze.  She’s also learning how to walk on a leash and has discovered that puddles are meant for hopping in. Rory would love a  fenced-in yard where she can sniff the grass, explore, and inspect every single piece of mulch like it’s her very important job.
