Description

Renita is a 3-year-old low rider who will greet you with a full-body wag and an instant smile. She loves meeting new people, gets along well with other dogs, and has a happy, goofy personality that is impossible not to love. One of her trademarks is that one ear is always standing up, as if she’s constantly listening in on everything happening around her. Renita is house-trained, crate-trained, and a well-mannered passenger in the car. She already knows “sit” and “paw” and is always happy to show off her skills, especially when treats are involved! She may pull a little on the leash at first because she’s so excited to get going, but she’s manageable and settles nicely once that initial excitement wears off. Renita loves relaxing with a good chew bone and is perfectly content simply hanging out by your side. She could be happy as your only dog or potentially live with another dog after proper introductions. She does enjoy playing with one of the resident dogs in her foster home, so having a canine companion could be a wonderful fit for her, too. There is just something special about Renita. She has a goofy, affectionate spirit that makes you fall for her before you even realize it. She bonds deeply with her people and loves with her whole heart.
