  Rain joined us back in March after raising a litter of puppies. Once her babies were grown, her owners no longer wanted her. She arrived needing lots of love and care, and look at her now! This sweet girl has blossomed into a healthy, happy pup who's ready to find the forever family she's always deserved. ❤️   Rain is about 1½ years old and now weighs around 50 pounds after filling out beautifully. Her foster home includes other dogs and even a cat...who she's actually a little afraid of! She also gets to spend time with visiting children, and she absolutely loves them.   One thing Rain is always up for? Water play! Whether it's splashing in a kiddie pool, playing with the hose, or finding any excuse to get wet, she's in her happy place.   Rain is also a wonderful house guest! She is house trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and enjoys getting out and about with her foster family.   She can be a little timid when meeting new people, but with a little patience and kindness, she warms up and lets her sweet personality shine. She attends weekly social outings to help build her confidence and continues to make great progress. She also does well around other dogs.   Rain would love a home with an active family that will include her in their adventures while giving her the time she needs to settle in and feel safe.
