Description
Meet Mali — a nearly 2‑year‑old female Malinois and truly a unicorn within her breed. Mali has never met a stranger. She adores people, leans in for affection, and is happiest when she’s right by your side. She’s a classic velcro girl, deeply bonded to her humans, which makes her a poor fit for someone who works long hours outside the home. Mali absolutely loves kids and lights up around them, making her an exceptional family companion. She’s also a social butterfly with guests and will proudly offer her charming little handshakes to anyone willing to receive them. When it comes to other animals, Mali is great with dogs big and small and would thrive with a canine sibling who matches her playful, energetic style. Cats, however, are a no‑go — her prey drive is high, and she will chase. She is fully housebroken, has excellent house manners, and doesn’t require a crate. Car rides and adventures are her love language, and she’s always ready to go. True to her Malinois nature, Mali is smart, driven, and eager to learn. She would excel in obedience competition, scent work, or any activity that challenges her mind and body. She’s motivated by toys, balls, and food — the full trifecta. Mali does have an “off switch,” but she’s still a high‑energy girl who needs an active home. Applicants must own their home, have a fenced yard, and have experience with the breed. She is currently thriving in a foster home in the Delray area.
