General info
Description
Leroy comes to us as a stray after his finder noticed him wandering around the parking lot of a VERY busy shopping center situated alongside an even BUSIER roadway. Fearing for this sweet and friendly boyâs safety, after determining he was indeed alone, she was able to load him into her vehicle- which we are told he paid her with kisses for that ride to safety â and brought him here to us.Sadly, this kissable cutie had no microchip, no ID tag and after being shared to our website as all strays are, no family ever came to take him home.Since coming to us, Leroy has met a similar in size neutered male and walked right up to his new friend with a fast wagging tail, bouncing around as they sniffed one another. Their human handlers were quite entertained by the quirky expressiveness of Leroy, as his little ears would be akin to one not being able to hide their facial expressions! This sweet boy can be a little shy, and he is quickly overcoming that and belly rubs are the way to his heart! He can get under your feet when walking, after all he just wants to be near you⦠but not at the expense of ignoring his canine pals, because he seems to really love them too! Because he was a stray, we donât know how he does with cats and have no way to test for that. We always recommend meet and greets with other dogs and children prior to adoption to ensure a great fit. If you can provide him with the next chapter of his sweet life⦠he would LOVE to meet you and become a beloved family member!
