Guess who is ready for his forever home?? ME! Hi everyone, it’s #madlovejasper, and I have some very exciting news…I’M READY FOR MY FOREVER HOME! You might remember me from when I was found as a stray. Like so many dogs, I really didn't do well in the shelter. I wasn't causing trouble or showing kennel stress—I was just very, very shut down.I mostly sat quietly in my kennel, keeping to myself and wondering what was going to happen to me.Then my foster mom came along. And WOW… what a difference a safe home, patience, and a little love can make!I have blossomed tremendously, and my foster mom is finally getting to see the real me.Apparently, I'm a pretty awesome guy! Here's my résumé: I'm potty trained I'm crate trained I'm leash trained I don't bark much I have zero reactivity I'm very smart And most importantly… I LOVE being with my humans!Seriously, if you're looking for a sweetheart who just wants to hang out with his people, I'm your guy. I would probably do well with a sweeter, easygoing furry sibling who won't overwhelm me.And here's something really special…My foster mom thinks I could be a great Malinois for someone who is new to the breed. I have all the wonderful Malinois qualities, but I'm also a pretty sweet and affectionate boy.Now, before you get too excited, I do have a few things to ask from my future family.I need you to be patient with me.I need you to give me time to adjust to your life, your home, your routines, and all the new things I'll encounter.And while I may be an easygoing guy, please remember…I'm still a Malinois! I need a family who understands the breed, will give me structure, keep my brain busy, and help me continue to grow into the best version of myself.I'm still getting evaluated and there is one thing my foster family hasn't tested me with yet—children. We're planning to do that soon, so stay tuned!But if you're looking for a handsome, sweet, smart boy who wants nothing more than to be part of your family…Maybe I've been looking for YOU. So… who's ready to give this big sweetheart his forever home?I'll be waiting. Love,Jasper I am in CA and I am a year and half old!  Stay tuned as this sweet boy discovers what it means to finally be loved, safe, and home.All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and 6 month subscription. If you are interested in adopting this pet please complete an application at this link  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/24689/generic. ***********************************************************************We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location. If you are within 4 hours of the pet, please be prepared to pick the pet up. We do provide transport assistance up to 350 miles.
