Are you a proud homebody? Do you believe routines are underrated, snacks taste better on the couch, and “trying new things” sounds suspiciously like work? Then meet Green Bean: a 2-year-old hound-Doberman-mystery-mix masterpiece. We’re not exactly sure what he is, but we are absolutely sure he is adorable. Meet him so you can make your best guess, and prepare to fall in love.  Green Bean is a sensitive, people-loving, dog-friendly guy who prefers his social calendar to happen at home. He enjoys meeting new friends, so long as those new friends come to his house. Entertaining at home is just more relaxing. Of course, going out can be fun too. Green Bean wouldn’t dream of missing his daily walk. You may choose the time, but please do not attempt to change the route. It is his walk, after all, and Green Bean takes his constitutional very seriously.  He is equally committed to his afternoon nap. If nap time is delayed, Green Bean will politely file a complaint using whines, grumbles, and dramatic crate-related commentary. Once he is tucked in and the door is closed, all is right with the world again.  Mealtime is also handled Green Bean-style. Bowls are optional. Floor dining is preferred. He likes to tip his food out, stretch out comfortably, and enjoy a leisurely meal like the refined gentleman he is. Honestly, who are we to judge? Green Bean’s hobbies include chasing butterflies, leaping through the yard like a gazelle, and briefly convincing himself he can fly. His personal motto? “Running is fun, but flying is better.” When the flying, lounging, food-spilling, route-monitoring, and friend-making are done, Green Bean performs his greatest trick: transforming from 50 pounds of playful energy into what he believes is a 20-pound lapdog. The math may be questionable, but the snuggles, kisses, and affection are 100% real.  If you are looking for a loyal, loving, delightfully opinionated best friend with excellent nap standards and big side-kick energy, Green Bean may be your perfect match.
