People Are My FavoriteMeet Dean—A Professional Cuddle Buddy! Dean is the kind of dog who quickly decides that being near his people is the best place to be. In the yard, he loves pets, cuddles, and following you around like your four-legged shadow. He takes treats nicely, knows “sit,” and walks pretty well on leash.Toys and fetch aren't really his thing, although he may occasionally decide a ball is worth chasing. Dean's favorite activities seem to be people-related—and he's very happy to socialize with anyone who will give him some attention.Like many young, excited dogs, Dean can get a little mouthy when he's feeling playful. It's puppy-style enthusiasm, not toughness, and he'll benefit from continued training and guidance.Dean can be reactive toward other dogs both on leash and in the yard, so he'll need an adopter prepared to work with him and give him time to decompress from the shelter environment.
