A FUN & FRIENDLY GUY:  Approx. 10 years old / Approx. 26 lbs. Hi there! My name is Conan! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and I’m so glad they brought me into the Mostly Mutts family. I’m soaking up all the love and attention from the volunteers here and I heard them say that I’m now ready to find a family of my very own. I was selected to participate in the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience and learned a lot!  • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I recently met other dogs at Mostly Mutts, and I did well with the more mellow dogs I met in the off-site training program. We had lots of fun playing together, so if you have a nice doggie at home like this, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, but I’ve recently started a little food and toy guarding at the shelter, so kids 15 and older would be best—let’s meet!  • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a fun, sweet gentleman with a friendly, playful personality and the happiest little trot and a cheerful spirit! I did a great job during my bath, and everyone enjoys spending time with my happy, lovable self. / Energy level: 4-6.  • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience, so, I've mastered the 'sit', 'stay', 'down', 'come', 'drop it', 'leave it' and 'place' commands. I also use proper door etiquette and have good leash manners as well as accept nice strangers without jumping. Let's continue my training as there are more classes I can take through the free lifetime training that Mostly Mutts offers for their rescue dogs. At the shelter, I guard my food and sometimes toys, but in the off-site training program, I only guarded very high value items. The trainers will be happy to go over this with you. / I’m doing well in my crate at Mostly Mutts and in the off-site training program. / My potty manners have been good on the shelter schedule and in the off-site training program.      • LIKES/DISLIKES: I enjoy going for walks, playing with tennis balls, and hanging out with the nice volunteers. Spending time with people and having fun are some of my favorite things, and I’m sure once I’m settled into my new home, we’ll discover many more activities we’ll enjoy together! / Other than the above-mentioned guarding, I can’t think of any dislikes, though like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I needed a good dental cleaning when I arrived, and thankfully I’ve had that done, so my mouth is fresh again! I’m on an over-the-counter joint supplement called Cosequin which is good for all older dogs.  I’m a sweet fellow looking for a great home and family to love! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
