Charlie and June come to us as owner surrenders as a result of their family no longer being able to provide the care they know they both deserve and require. Doing what was best for both their family and these two cuties, they are now both here with us in hopes of finding the perfect families to love them for the rest of their lives! Their previous family let us know that they are both good with cats but unsure about how they may do with livestock. They also let us know that they did great with their two human daughters, who were under the age of 6 years old, whom they absolutely adored!!! They let us know that their friendly nature and ability to adapt well were their best qualities and we must say that we totally agree! Their mom is a Great Pyrenees/lab mix and their dad is a Husky… so these 2 sweet girls are filled with breed specific characteristics that any lover of any of the two breeds mentioned, will absolutely swoon over and know how to handle! We always recommend meet and greets with and children prior to adoption to ensure a great fit for all, also! Please don’t comment on this post or message us if you are interested in learning more about her and potentially adopting her… instead, please come in person to the shelter when we open. There is NO application- we are a first come, first served and in-person adoption center. All of our adoptable dogs/puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and UTD on all age-appropriate vaccines/preventatives. Adopters will need to establish vet care upon adopting to maintain their new family member’s health and wellness. If you can’t promise forever, please consider waiting until that can be a promise kept, before you adopt! And remember the 3-3-3 Rule when adopting a shelter pet. 3 days for your new pet to decompress3 weeks for your new family member to settle in3 months for them to build trustTheir adoption fee is $40 each now through end of day, August 22, 2026!
