ANNIE NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!   Come meet Annie and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (8/23) from 12-3 pm at the PetSmart in Silver Spring (12020 Cherry Hill Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904)!       Name:    Annie         Best Guess for Breed:        Shepherd/lab mix   Best Guess for Age:  7 months as of August 2026       SEX:      female   Estimated Weight:    37 pounds as of 8/2/26 - she is likely still growing!    Gets Along With:   Other dogs! She has also lived with kids. We haven't seen her with cats but are happy to discuss integration techniques with any interested adopters.    Currently Living at:  DC area foster home    Annie is Looking For: Hi! The seven of us - Ace, Alice, Apollo, Aspen, Ava, Angel and Annie  - have loved our time in the puppy pile, but we have all split up to get our own homes. I'm looking for one where I get to explore the world by the side of my humans, burn all my young-dog energy in romps, make new pup pals - and go to dog school so I can show how super smart I am! In exchange I promise love and loyalty for all my days. What do you say? Do you have room in your home and your heart for me? ​What My Foster Says About Me: Annie has gotten so brave and confident. She loves playing with our dog but also on her own, especially the puzzle games. She has mastered sit, working on “leave it” and “wait”. Potty training is ongoing. She’s a very quick learner.
