Meet Tres! Tres is a beautiful, petite girl with a big heart and an incredible story of resilience. She was in the right place at the right time when we found her and brought her to safety. Malnourished and struggling with a severely deformed hind leg, Tres had clearly been through a lot. But from the moment she was rescued, she showed us just how grateful she was to be safe. Her foster family lovingly nicknamed her “Kickstand” because her deformed leg resembled a bicycle kickstand. Unfortunately, the leg was interfering with her mobility, so after several months of nourishing food, veterinary care, and plenty of TLC, Tres was finally strong enough to undergo the surgery she needed. Tres has recovered beautifully and is doing amazingly well! She gets around with confidence and continues to show everyone what a brave and resilient little girl she is. Her difficult past hasn't dimmed her sweet spirit or her capacity for love. Estimated to be about 1½ years old, Tres is petite but has plenty of personality and love to give. She is comfortable around other cats and even gets along with her two canine foster brothers. She could also happily be the queen of her own castle as an only pet, where she can soak up all the love and attention.
