Suzume

Description

Meet Suzume...Suzu for short! She is extremely beautiful, sweet, quirky, and playful, but has a lot of anxiety. She needs to be treated as a special needs cat that will need a LOT of TLC to come out of her shell and show some trust. Oh, also, she's a tripod kitty but don't let her lost limb fool you, because she can get around just as well as any 4-legged cat. Suzume needs a peaceful home with no other cats, unless they are very calm and/or nurturing. She does not do well with dogs, children, or really any fast-moving things. She will need someone who can give her plenty of play time as that's the true way to get her out of her shell. She could genuinely play all day with a string toy, but she's been bullied by other cats, so even when they try to play, she's terrified. When she does trust you, she will love you with all her heart, and give you the cutest loving eyes, meows, and purrs. She's got the loudest purr and will make air biscuits if you scratch the right spot. She is very vocal and will let you know if she's bored, needs something, or just doesn't like something. We’ve done a lot of training with her and gotten her to the point where she can communicate with head bumps and body language when she needs/wants something or just wants to be left alone. All Suzume really wants is to play with her humans on her terms, get good neck/head scratches, and a safe spot to sleep for the rest of the day.
