Dear Wonderful Human, Hi! My name is  Santiago , and I’m a bright orange little guy with a heart just as sunny as my fur! ☀️ My name is perfect for me because I was named after the  sun-drenched orange clay trails of Santiago Canyon . Santiago means  Saint James —and let me tell you, I am definitely a  SAINT ! When my littermates and I were separated from our mama, my five siblings decided I was the tastiest kitten around. They loved to snuggle up and suckle on me! And what did I do? I simply  lay there calmly and let them soothe themselves on my back . Apparently, being a good big brother means being a very patient pillow! But I’m not all cuddles and patience. I’m also a playful, curious little explorer who thinks the whole world is my playground. I LOVE toy mice and crinkly toys, and I’m happiest when I’m romping and playing with my siblings— Black Star, Limestone, Modjeska, Silverado, and Trabuco . I’m a social boy who loves attention, and I especially enjoy climbing and playing in cat trees. If there’s something new in the room, you can bet I’ll be the first one investigating it. I believe every corner, toy, box, and crinkle deserves a thorough inspection! I’m also a very good boy: I  always use my litter box , I’m  not finicky about food , and I’m ready to bring plenty of sweetness, silliness, and sunshine into my forever home. Maybe you’re the human I’ve been waiting for. Come meet me.
