Salem came to us as an adult stray, already sporting her little short tail. We don’t know what happened to it, but it doesn’t slow her down or affect her sweet, confident personality. She’s a friendly girl who enjoys attention and will happily come over to ask for it — but she also has her spicy moments and prefers to be held only on her terms. When she’s done, she’s done, and she’ll let you know.She gets along well enough with other cats, but she does best with calm, easygoing companions. Salem is currently one of the bookstore cats, roaming wherever she pleases and charming customers.
