Description
Meet PiroulinePirouline is a lovely 4‑year‑old grey cat who came to us after a difficult start. She arrived skinny and unsure, clearly in need of steady meals and a safe place to land. With time, care, and full bowls, she’s blossomed into a gentle, affectionate girl who loves nothing more than being your little shadow. She’s talkative and expressive, always making sure you notice her when she enters a room. Pirouline will follow you from place to place, happy just to be near her person, and the only thing that can pull her away is the sound of food. Pirouline is currently taking Fluoxetine, a medication that helps her feel secure and balanced. This is a prescription that must be stopped only with a veterinarian’s guidance, and her new family should be comfortable continuing it until a vet advises otherwise. She’s ready for a home that understands her history and appreciates her sweet, loyal nature. Pirouline has so much love to give and is eager to share it with someone who will cherish her in return. This pet is Free for Adoption during the month of August as part of Clear the Shelters. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet!
