This cat is part of our shelter outreach program where we take pets from overcrowded shelters in hopes of finding them a forever home here! We generally do not have much background info on them. They are all up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped.  FIV/Felv negative. Meet Phoebe.  At first glance, you might think, "She looks just like several of the other gray cats at the shelter." And that's exactly the point. Phoebe came to us from our local county shelter to help make room for the overwhelming number of homeless animals in our community. She was rescued from a hoarding situation, where many cats looked just like her. About 2½ years old, Phoebe can be a little shy when you first meet her, which is completely understandable considering everything she's been through. A little time and patience, you'll discover a sweet, gentle, affectionate girl who enjoys being handled and is ready to start the next chapter of her life. Sometimes the cats who don't stand out in a crowd end up making the biggest impression on your heart. Come meet Phoebe and let her show you just how special she is
