Meet Lucy! Lucy has been waiting patiently for her forever home for nearly a year, and she is more than ready for her second chance. Rescued last summer, Lucy has spent this past year watching other cats find their families while she continues to wait. Not because she has done anything wrong, but because Lucy needs to be the only cat in the home. And honestly, Lucy is perfectly happy being the star of the show. She is an easygoing, laid-back, and incredibly sweet girl who enjoys the simple things in life: stretching out in a sunny spot, watching the world go by from a window, and quietly exploring her surroundings. She isn't looking for much. Just a peaceful home, a cozy place to relax, and a person to love. Because Lucy needs to be an only cat, she currently spends much of her time separated from the other cats in her foster home. She deserves a home where she can finally have her own space, settle in completely, and enjoy all the love and attention she has been waiting for. Somewhere out there is a home that is just right for Lucy. A quiet windowsill waiting to be occupied, a cozy couch waiting for a sleepy cat, and a person with plenty of love to give. We hope Lucy's forever family finds her soon.  Lucy is spayed, vaccinated, and FIV and FeLV negative.
