Description
Johnnie Mae (1 year 9 months old) and Salsa (6 months old) are a bonded pair looking for a forever home together. Their personalities couldn't be more different, but they're the perfect match.Johnnie Mae is a beautiful tuxedo girl with a big personality and unforgettable expressions. She enjoys watching the world from a cozy perch, keeping an eye on squirrels, and spending time near her favorite people. While she's still learning to trust hands, she's happy to accept Churu from someone she knows and appreciates a calm home where she can build confidence at her own pace.Salsa is an affectionate gray tabby who's still more kitten than cat. He loves cuddles, purrs constantly, makes nightly biscuits, and never says no to a play session. His confidence and easygoing nature have helped Johnnie Mae become braver every day.Together, they spend their days chasing each other through the house, lounging side by side, birdwatching from the window, and entertaining their humans with their antics. They both do well with other cats and respectful dogs.Johnnie Mae and Salsa are looking for an adopter who understands that every cat shows love differently. If you have patience, you'll be rewarded with two wonderful companions and the joy of watching Johnnie Mae's confidence continue to grow alongside her best friend, Salsa!Salsa is FIV+, but that doesn’t mean he can’t live a long, normal, and healthy life! Cats with FIV commonly have average lifespans. Because FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds, FIV positive cats are able to live with FIV negative cats in stable social environments. You can read more about FIV here: https://tinyurl.com/58sf9wtjThere is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimates.Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped. Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.Interested in adopting or learning more about this cat?
