Meet Joe! This tiny guy was found all alone, wandering the world without his mom or any siblings. Thankfully, a kind person found him, and he made his way into our rescue where he's been surrounded with love ever since. Because of his rough start, Joe is still learning that new people are safe. Once he is comfortable he becomes a very vocal and cuddly kitty. He talks a lot when he is hungry and is very excited about Churu treats. He also talks when he being petted, when he is not purring or licking his cuddler. He loves to cuddle with his foster mom and other cats in the home. He always wants to be with someone getting loved on. He would love a home that will give him time to get adjusted and has another cat for him to snuggle with.
