Fabulous cat alert! Hunky Hank is an aspirational name, because Hank he is and Hunky he is not. If you want to watch an animal truly blossom under your care, this is the cat for you. Emaciated, filthy and alone, 3-4 year-old Hank showed up on the porch of a Trenton resident. At the shelter, he settled into a routine: Eat, sleep, eat, sleep. Between naps, he warmed up to volunteers instantly. He is SO good-natured and trusting, with potential to be a total mush -- high praise among kitty fans. In your forever home, he will show his gratefulness every day and finally earn the Hunky part of his name. *UPDATE ON HANK - one month in our care and he's blossoming. He's gained a pound and a half and is determined to never miss another meal. He gets along ok with the resident big dog although he will put the dog in his place if he gets over excited. Hank is a quiet cat, not very playful yet, but very sociable.
