Harlow is an 1 year spayed girl who has already come such a long way.She spent much of her young life outside, learning to stay hidden and trust very little. When she was rescued, she was scared and unsure of people.Now in foster care, Harlow is slowly learning what safety feels like. She coexists well with other cats and dogs and continues to make quiet progress.Will she immediately demand attention or be the most outgoing cat in the room? Probably not.
