FRANKIE*

Description

Meet Frankie, the black neutered male cat! Frankie arrived to the Shelter after his previous guardian was unable to continue caring for him. Although he can be cautious with new people, he warms up quickly. Frankie has previously been indoor-outdoor and may do well with a similar set up after a period of acclimation to his new people and home (at least 30 days). Frankie has also lived with other felines and may do well with other cats in his home with a slow, thoughtful introduction. Staff have observed that Frankie has been quiet and mellow since entering the Shelter. Frankie’s adoption fee is reduced by $20 thanks to the Bogey Fund – a fund that draws adopter’s eyes towards often overlooked black cats in Shelters. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day.
