Cecilia is a sweet, independent girl who has made incredible progress in foster care. Once very shy and often hiding, she now confidently lounges on her favorite sofa, explores the house, plays with her toys, and even comes to her foster mom’s bedroom door to ask for pets!Cecilia takes time to trust new people and does best when allowed to set the pace. She isn’t a lap cat and doesn’t enjoy being picked up, but once she feels safe, she’ll seek out affection. She loves playing independently and has excellent toy parties!Cecilia is looking for a patient, understanding adopter who will give her the time and space she needs to blossom.
