The adoption process starts when you fill out an adoption application on our website or in person at an adoption event. An adoption counselor will review your application and contact you with any additional questions. Once the application is approved, we’ll schedule a meet and greet date in your home that must include all members of the family including any resident dog(s). If the meet and greet is a success, two adoption coordinators must approve the adoption, and then the final adoption paperwork will be completed and we’ll collect the adoption fee of $350.
