Anise

Description

Anise is a shy fellow, the last of our spice litter.  He likes to make kitty friends—we have noticed that some of our cats do better with an outgoing cat to help them come out of their shell, and Anise typically prefers a female cat to be his friend.  You can adopt one from us, or you could have a pre-existing one!  While Anise is not an extroverted cat with humans, when he knows his environment and routine, he does well and enjoys human-initiated pets.  He became quite loving in a foster home, and also gets along with the many cats in our central building, he just stays out of the action a bit more!  A family choosing him and committing to him would be where he would thrive the most, knowing what his forever would look like.  Could you be the one to let Anise know he is home?   Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten!    If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org.     We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes.  For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet.    Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved.    All CATsNAP cats and kittens are:  Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus   Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age)  Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV)   Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment  Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions  Micro-chipping as mandated by state law
