Meet Chewy! Chewy is a lovely senior lady looking for a patient adopter who will give her the time and understanding she deserves. She'll do best in a calm home where she can settle in at her own pace. We recommend that Chewy be the only cat in the household, and she's likely to be happiest in a home without young children. She has lived with a dog in the past and may be able to do so again with a slow introduction. She is looking for an experienced cat owner who understands cat body language and is happy to let her build trust on her own terms. Once she's comfortable, you'll discover her playful side, she loves toy mice, feather toys, and catnip! In her previous home, Chewy also enjoyed spending time outdoors. If her new family chooses to let her outside, it should be done safely and only after she has had plenty of time to adjust to her new home.
