Tilly is a 7-month-old Chihuahua mix with a sweet, doll-baby face and a loving personality to match. She came to our rescue from Philadelphia along with Miley, Pixie, and Trixie after their family could no longer afford to care for them. Tilly loves people, enjoys the company of other small dogs, and is always happy to soak up attention. She’s a friendly, affectionate little girl who is ready to find a family of her very own.
