Description

Hazel has got it all! This girl is a 3 year, 38 pound, mixed breed.  She is an ideal companion getting along with everyone - people, other dogs and cats.  She is fully vetted and spayed.  She's good in a crate, loves car rides, and is good both on and off leash.  And as the added bonus, she's a quiet girl.  When she was first brought into rescue she was a bit timid, but now after staying with a foster, she has opened up and just needs a new family to call her own. Personality: smart, friendly, affectionate, quiet, loves car rides Good with: people of all ages (including kids), dogs, cats Training: crate trained, leash trained Estimated age: 3 years (as of June '26) Weight: 38 pounds (fully grown) Medical: vetted, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, will be microchipped w/lifetime registration Location: Currently located with a foster in Texas, but if adopted, will come to the NJ area on our next transport. Background: Stray in TX who was picked up by animal control and taken to be euthanized.  One of our rescue partners happened to show up right before she was going to be euthanized and decided on the spot to save her.
