Description

Meet Libby! Libby is a bright, bouncy 6‑month‑old Jack Russell who made the long journey all the way from Georgia, and she has been spreading joy ever since she arrived. She’s full of fun, energy, and that classic Jack Russell spark.Libby is a total lap lover—if she can be near you, she’s happy. She’s the perfect match for someone looking for a little dog with big‑dog playfulness. Whether it’s zoomies, toys, or cuddles, she’s always ready. At her age, she’s still learning the basics. She’s working on her commands and doing well with house training, though she’s not quite perfect yet. With consistency and patience, she’ll get there.Libby is good with kids, cats, and other dogs, thanks to her young age and friendly nature. That said, she can be a lot of energy for some animals as she’s still learning boundaries and appropriate play.If you’re looking for a sweet, spirited companion who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Libby might just be your girl.Libby's adoption fee is $250, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply! _When it comes to our pets, we're all-inclusive!
