Description
Meet Knox, a 1‑year‑old brindle pitbull with a heart as big as his smile. He came to us as a stray alongside another dog, and although we hoped someone would come looking for them, no one ever did. We can’t imagine why, because Knox has been nothing but wonderful. He’s sweet, playful, and incredibly dog‑friendly. Knox has great manners — he’ll sit and wait politely for another dog to say hello before offering a joyful play bow and taking off for a game of chase. He’s the perfect mix of fun and cuddly, the kind of dog who can brighten even the hardest day. Spend just five minutes with Knox and your whole week feels lighter. Now he’s ready for a home that will love him, cherish him, and always come looking for him if he ever goes missing. Knox is truly a gem.Knox's adoption fee is $175, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet!
