Chase

Description

Chase is an 18-pound chunk of loyalty and love. He is a 4-year-old Norwich terrier, and is a sweet-tempered, affectionate pup who loves to be close to his humans. He is fully house-trained and does not have accidents. He sleeps like a teenager, waking up when his humans start moving around and making noise. He loves to sleep on the floor of his best friend’s bedroom.He loves to follow his humans around the house, but will settle down to sleep nearby very quickly. He’s a pleasant and quiet companion on work-from-home days, but is ready to go for a walk anytime. He is sweet and gentle with children that he meets on walks. He rarely barks. Chase most enjoys walks in the morning and evening, not so much in the heat of the day. He is only mildly interested in other dogs, and has not had the opportunity to meet cats in his current foster home.He doesn’t mind being in the crate for an hour or so while family dinner is being prepared. He is a good boy when left home alone for a couple of hours, and does not chew or get into mischief. Chase has some separation anxiety, which he shows with heavy panting, but he relaxes quickly when reunited with his people. Chase would be happiest in a family where there is someone home with him most of the time. Chase is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and ready to find his forever home.
