I look a little funny now, but when they found me I was so matted & dirty with fleas they had to shave me! Despite all of that I am loving! Pets make me purr and I love to wind around your legs. Otter is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained. Otter's adoption fee is $ 135.
