Introducing Prince, the 1‑year‑old orange tabby with a royal agenda. He came to us after being found outside and cared for briefly by someone who, unfortunately, couldn’t keep him. But they gave us the inside scoop: this boy loves to zoom, pounce, and play like it’s his full‑time job.Prince is very clear about one thing—he does not do cuddles. Being picked up is beneath his royal status, and he prefers to keep his paws firmly on the ground. Because of this, he’s looking for a home without kids, where his boundaries will be respected and his kingdom kept peaceful.He’s been polite with other cats, so a feline companion is perfectly fine. His dog compatibility is still being evaluated.If you’re ready to serve a playful, independent orange monarch, Prince is ready to take the throne.Prince's adoption fee is $50, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption.Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful.
