Meet Garbo. Garbo and her sister Gretta were abandoned in Bakersfield.  The finders helped get them vetted through the shelter and now they are here.  Garbo is about one year old, a true Blue Heeler.  Right now Garbo is unsure of everything, but with a routine, she will start to know what to expect every day. This is what is reassuring for a dog. And consistency is essential in developing trust Garbo and Gretta will be adopted out separately.  Garbo is spayed, chipped, and current on vaccines.
