MEET ROOKIE **Adoption fee waivedRookie is an almost 2 year old Pit Bull mix looking for a calm and understanding home where he can truly thrive. He came to us as an owner surrender due to reactivity around younger children, so we are recommending a home without children.Rookie has previously lived successfully with another dog; however, he is now required to be the only dog in the home. He is housebroken, crate trained, and knows his basic commands. Once he feels comfortable, Rookie is a loyal and affectionate companion who enjoys being close to his people.Rookie does not seem to enjoy crowds or overstimulating environments, so a quieter home with a predictable routine would be best for him.
