Description

Ducky is going to write his own new story because his past is a bit of a mystery. He is an 11-month-old mixed-breed boy with a black and white coat and enormous ears that seem to be listening for the perfect forever home and family to adopt him and let him create a great new life.Ducky weighs 39 pounds and since he is still a pup with some growing to finish, it is estimated he will remain a medium sized dog (31-60 pounds) when he is full grown. He will get along just fine with dogs and children. It is not known whether Ducky is ready to live with cats.Ducky is working on his house and leash training. Rescue dogs should be expected to have accidents as they become accustomed to a new home, family and routines. If crate training is anticipated, Ducky requires a crate that lets him lie down, stand up and turn around. Crates should never be used for punishment, should be warm and cozy dens and Ducky should be able to go in and out as he desires during training. Mysteries and surprises can add plenty of fun to life, so if you are ready to open up your heart and home to a handsome pup whose background remains a bit obscure, Ducky is like a hidden gem just waiting to shine brightly for the lucky family that adopts him and discovers all he has to offer. The adoption fee for Ducky is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue, and transport fees.
