WATCH MY VIDEO...Meet Eloise, a beautiful 4-year-old black cat who is looking for a loving home to call her own once again. Eloise was surrendered with her feline friend when her family could no longer afford to care for them. Having spent her entire life in a home, she is understandably nervous in the shelter environment and can be startled by the noise and activity around her. Her previous family describes her as a calm, affectionate cat who loves treats, enjoys sitting in high places, and is quite vocal. She is good with people, children ages 5 and up, and other cats. Eloise has never lived with a dog. While she can be shy at first and prefers that people let her come to them, she loves affection once she feels comfortable. She is also a bit picky with wet food but enjoys chicken and her favorite treats. Since arriving at the shelter, staff and volunteers have found Eloise to be a very sweet and affectionate cat. She enjoys being held, cuddled, and comforted, and her gentle personality shines through once she feels safe. Eloise is looking for a patient family who will give her a little time to adjust. In return, she will reward them with love, companionship, and plenty of sweet cuddles.
