Hi, I'm Ziggy! I’m a handsome, affectionate young guy who absolutely loves attention from my people. If you’re looking for a cat who enjoys pets, scratches, and spending time with his family, I might be the perfect match. After living in a home with other cats, it became clear that I would be happiest as the only feline in the household. I prefer having all the love and attention to myself, and I’m ready to be your one-and-only furry companion. I would love for potential adopters to come meet me in person so I can show off my sweet personality and charm. A previous veterinarian noted a heart murmur and recommended that I be evaluated by a cardiologist. At this time, that evaluation has not yet been completed. I currently feel great and continue to enjoy life while I wait for my forever family. Before coming back to CARA, I was known as Mellow Mushroom. I was originally rescued after being hit by a car and was fortunate to receive the care and recovery time I needed. Thanks to lots of love and TLC, I made an amazing recovery and have been making people smile ever since.
